In November 2024, annual inflation in the eurozone will increase in rates that are expected to reach 2.3% compared to 2% registered in October.
This is reported by the Statistical Office of the European Union (EUROSTAT), which also cites growth in the main components. Services are the highest, with prices rising 3.9% (down from 4% in October), followed by food, alcohol, and tobacco products (2.8%, down from 2.9% in October), non-energy manufactured goods (0.7%, up from 0.5% in October), and energy, which recorded -1.9%, down from -4.6% in October.
Looking at individual countries, the highest inflation was recorded in Belgium 5%, Croatia 4%, the Netherlands and Estonia 4%, while the lowest growth was recorded in Ireland 0.5%, Lithuania and Luxembourg 1.1%, Slovenia and Italy 1.6%, and France 1.7%. In Germany and Spain, the annual inflation rate was 2.4%.
