As Donald Trump’s former rival in the Republican Party primaries, Nikki Haley, visits Taiwan to determine the possible future Asian policy of the next US administration, in Las Vegas, Trump thanked Robert F. Kennedy Jr. for his support.

Trump called Kennedy “a good man, a man that everybody respects.” Trump and Kennedy immediately attended a campaign rally together in Arizona. Earlier, during a speech in Phoenix, Kennedy announced his withdrawal from the race and offered Trump all of his support. Kennedy said he no longer believed “in the real possibility of victory in light of the ruthless and systematic censorship by the media.”

Meanwhile, from Taiwan, where Nikki Haley was received by President Lai Ching-te, Trump’s former rival issued a warning against the self-isolation of the United States: “I don’t think an isolationist approach is healthy. I think America cannot stay in its own bubble and think there will be no consequences,” Haley said.

Chinese authorities criticized Haley’s trip to Taipei as a violation of the One China principle.
