Kamala Harris has already raised more than half a billion dollars in donations
Kamala Harris, the Democratic candidate for US presidential nomination in the November 5 election, has accumulated donations since Joe Biden left office. Tens of millions of dollars sprinkled like a cornucopia into the campaign fund of the current Vice President of the United States. Anything to guarantee Harris’ election and block former President Donald Trump’s advancement in every possible and conceivable way.
Kamala Harris’s staff announced on Sunday, August 25 (Monday, August 26 in Europe), “that they have raised more than half a billion dollars since the campaign began about a month ago after incumbent President Joe Biden announced he would not run for the second term in November.”
The statement came after the Democratic National Convention was held in Chicago in recent days, during which Harris was finally nominated “as the candidate for the White House against Republican nominee and former President Donald Trump.”
“Shortly before Harris’s speech on Thursday night (August 22 in America), we officially passed the $500 million donation mark,” said in a press note Jen O’Malley Dillon, Harris’s campaign manager. The total now stands at $540 million, added the Democratic Representative.
