Trump: Decision on Stormy Daniels Case Delayed Until After Presidential Election

Judge Juan Merchan adjourned the matter until November 26th

Judge Juan Merchan postponed a decision originally scheduled for September 18 on Donald Trump’s punishment in the case of illegal payments to porn star Stormy Daniels until November 26, which is after the presidential election. Trump faces up to four years in prison in the case.

The decision was clearly welcomed by Donald Trump, who, as always, commented on his Truth social media: “The Manhattan D.A. witch hunt against me has been postponed because everyone realizes that there was no case because I did nothing wrong. It’s a an attack by my political opponents and comrade Kamala Harris and radical left opponents for purposes of election interference, and it is a case that should have never been brought.”

According to the Republican candidate, “nothing like this has ever happened in the United States of America – IT IS STRICTLY THIRD WORLD, BANANA REPUBLIC ‘STUFF’… This case should be rightfully terminated, as we prepare for the Most Important Election in the History of our Country.”
