“Polls clearly show that I won the Debate against Comrade Kamala Harris, the Democrats’ Radical Left Candidate, and she immediately called for a Second Debate,” the tycoon explained
Donald Trump refuses to have another debate during the US presidential election campaign on November 5, 2024. The first televised clash with Joe Biden showed the tycoon succeeding, which led to the replacement for the incumbent, who was no longer considered suitable, with Kamala Harris. Trump, on the other hand, has had much more difficulty with the current US Vice President, and now the stated choice is not to enter into a new debate.
Trump himself explains this via his Truth social media, in which he claims victory in a recent meeting with Harris. “When a prizefighter loses a fight, the first words out of his mouth are, ‘I want a rematch.’ Polls clearly show that I won the Debate against Comrade Kamala Harris, the Democrats’ Radical Left Candidate, and she immediately called for a Second Debate. She and Crooked Joe have destroyed our Country, with millions of criminals and mentally deranged people pouring into the USA, totally unchecked and unvetted, and with Inflation bankrupting our Middle Class.”
At issue is a tally released by Republican pollster Tony Fabrizio, who according to a sample of 1893 “likely voters” in seven key states saw Trump rise from 46% to 48%, while Kamala Harris is stuck at 46%.
According to the latest Reuters/Ipsos poll, Kamala Harris’ approval rating has risen to 47% versus Trump’s 42%, and for 53% of those polled, Kamala won the debate, while only 23% say Trump won.
The former president also wrote: “Everyone knows this, and all of the other problems caused by Kamala and Joe – it was discussed in great detail during the First Debate with Joe, and the Second Debate with Comrade Harris. Kamala should focus on what she should have done during the last almost four year period. There will be no third debate!”
That’s why only the bout between Vice Presidential candidates Tim Walz and J.D. Vance remains on the program, which will air on CBS on October 1.
