Alessandro Politi

Director of the NATO Defense College Foundation. A global political and strategic analyst, he teaches geopolitics, intelligence, and Arctic security at the Italian Society of International Organizations in Rome, as well as strategic analysis at the IASSP in Milan.

He was a political adviser to the KFOR and an adviser to four Italian defense ministers. His latest publications include the book Goodbye Merkel and the report Institute for Higher Studies of National Defense, Luxembourg Pole, what is the position of the European Union, a chess game or a role-playing game, in relation to the North Atlantic Treaty Alliance? His podcast NATO and China in the Global Enduring Disorder gathered 10,000 listeners in a week.

He graduated from the Faculty of Military History at the Scuola Normale Superiore of Pisa and was the author, co-author, and editor of about fifty monographs and books on strategic and international politics.
