Caroline Roussy

Caroline Roussy is the IRIS Research Director responsible for the Africa program.

Doctor of modern African history, her work focuses primarily on the issues of borders, territories, identity processes, and regional integration in West Africa.

Specializing in security issues, she managed the Sahel Observatory established by IRIS on behalf of the Ministry of Armed Forces (2021-2023).
