Pascal Boniface

French geopolitical scientist, founder and director of the Institute of International and Strategic Relations (IRIS), served on the UN Advisory Board on Disarmament, the Support Committee of the African Diplomatic Academy, and the High Council for International Cooperation. He was advisor to the Minister of Defense Jean-Pierre Chevènement. He is the author of more than 70 works on international relations and geopolitics. Recent works include The War in Ukraine, the Beginning of a Geopolitical Shock (2023). He runs the YouTube channel “Comprendre le monde”.
